Tragic news
The latest @CornwallInsight prediction, based on Ofgem's new methodology, is an 81% price cap rise in Oct (taking typical bill to £3,582/yr) and a further 19% in Jan (so £4,266/yr)
Action & planning is needed now. The zombie govt needs wake up sooner than 5 Sept...
@TargetGroupLtd@Kenny_Pattie @_directid Would it be safe to assume that your risk modelling for your help to buy arm concluded the following?:
Avoid all customer interaction and bury head in sand
If so, bravo, you've aligned with your risk model perfectly.
@HomesEngland@WatesGroup@GosportCouncil Look at how happy everyone looks to introduce the next set of slaves into the system. Brilliant, give ourselves a pat on the back.
You and @TargetGroupLtd have managed to place hundreds in a position of debt slavery.
But no, please, do enjoy the sun.
@HomesEngland@LREF_ I tell you what, if your CEO thinks there is anything philisophical about your business practices, he shouldn't be on a Deloitte panel, he should be on a comedy panel.
Digusting business practices between yourself and @TargetGroupLtd
@HomesEngland@ImpactInvInst Between yourselves and @TargetGroupLtd you've managed to craft a system in which you can affectively trap someone in a debt they are unable to repay.
Congratulations, you've achieved financial slavery in plain sight.
@ukcag Just a heads up, even after getting through our EWS1 issues, we are now being prevented from redeeming our help to buy. We are facing our cash buyer pulling out due to @TargetGroupLtd not giving "permission" to sell the property due to cladding concerns.
@portsmouthnews - @TargetGroupLtd are forcing sellers in our area to fall through on sales and face financial penalties with backlogs of up to 7 months for approval when using the Help to Buy scheme.
Might be one to look into - first time buyers beware.
How many parties do you think it takes to get @TargetGroupLtd and @HomesEngland to play nice and let me sell my property? #helptobuy
2x MPs
1x Ombudsman
1x Solicitor
1x Customer Service Team
1x Chief Operations Officer
1x Cizens Advice
First time buyers - avoid.
@TargetGroupLtd@qualco_sa The fact that you genuinely have a consultancy arm to your business when you can barely execute on business procceses for B2C engagement is mind blowing. Who are you as a business to advise people on how to manage self-serve when you barely offer that?
@TargetGroupLtd I honestly can't quite tell if this post is intended to be ironic? You have one of the worst customer service experiences I (and quite a few people) have ever experienced. Maybe you should focus on your own retention eh?

@TargetGroupLtd@vregservice@F_Reporter And I'll lay a bet that with that 41% statistic, you treat them less than human when dealing with your help to buy portion of your business.
Digusting organisation and business practices.
@TargetGroupLtd@RichardSouth For a company that is focusing on digitalisation, why is it that in 2021 you tell your customers that we are unable to reach a creditor via phone?
You have without a doubt, one of the most robotic, dreadful customer facing elements I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
@helptobuy You mean the ATP that takes you 3 months to issue, causes immense emotion distress and financial loss?
Oh right, yes, that one.
Disgusting scheme and management of tax payer money. You should be ashamed.
@helptobuy About to lose a sale because of your pure incompetence. Provided all documents to redeem a loan on the 22nd of July and we're on 16th of September with no approval - feels somewhat illegal to lock someone into a loan?
I should mention that they are using the sinking fund as the first source of funding while resorting to leaseholders as the second step.
It's just the sorry state of affairs this government puts us in. @Conservatives#EndOurCladdingScandal
