EOW should take necessary steps to ensure that the key directors of the NSEL defaulters are not left out in the chargesheet. This is very critical recovery of the defaulting money from the NSEL defaulters. (3/n)

E.g. Directors of Aastha Minmet group Mohit Singhal and Shilpa Singhal have not been named as accused in the chargesheet. The group has a default of Rs 271 crs in NSEL. (2/n)
