I’m a hearing impaired man that is in the middle I wasn’t deaf enough to be in the deaf community nor was I hearing enough to be in the hearing community.

It is becoming very clear to me that their is no politically safe place for deaf and hard of hearing people.
On the left they pass laws like the Illinois assisted death law and on the right they work to deprive deaf and hard of hearingcitizens of their right to communicate. The only safe place for us deaf and hard of hearing folks is united as one community together. The politicians will always do us more harm than good. America is the last bastion of freedom for the deaf and hard of hearing community and if we lose to either side we lose everything.

I don’t like it that Americans have given their lives in this conflict, but Iran has been chanting death to America for decades and actually killing Americans too.
