I know I should just ship the core and add features later.

Still went and built multi-tenancy, unified schemas for third party integrations, and abstractions for future expansion.

Redesigned my app again this week. That's 4 times in the past 2 weeks now.

Been using @appllamaio to study onboarding from apps that already work, and every time I look I find something else to change. More onboarding screens, personalization, a welcome flow.

Finally happy with it.

What do you think of GPT-6 Sol ☀️ so far?

Do you think it’s actually better than Sol 5.6?

After using Sol 6 for a bit, I can say that it feels way too “efficient”

It finishes tasks faster than Sol 5.6 but half the time it also feels like it just does less.

5.6 actually digs into things.

Sol 6 just decides it’s done.

I’m disappointed in GPT-6

I expected WAY more from the jump to 6.

Half the cost is nice but I wanted a smarter model, not basically 5.6 on sale.

I barely write my own code anymore.

Throw the idea into Claude to scope the MVP, then bring it into Codex. Sol orchestrates Luna workers, Astra handles the harder reasoning, Claude reviews afterwards.

I mostly read the plan, push back on the architecture, then skim the diff.
