@__0HOUR1_ We had a nasty storm role in. It was like wave after wave. But that 300,000 number is NOT Detroit. Southeast Michigan (i.e. Detroit Metro area) is 600,000 Detroit residents and around 3.7 million in the burbs/smaller cities around Detroit. Maybe 10-15k out in the city, FYI.
@LionsVsEvery1 Great, now I gotta go look it up on football reference cause I can't remember who they even were. There goes 2 hours of my life looking up stats. Thanks π«.
@dsdupree The only way certain records will be broken is if rules are significantly changed (not just a pitch clock, instant replay, etc.). You would have to change the definition of what qualifies as a win for anyone to even remotely make a run at it.
@ChefGruel Yeah that is the definition of pessimistic, and not surprising from an outsider involved in the frontline of government. The best leaders are the ones that don't let that get to them, and find a way to work through it. Stay tough, we kinda need it.
@BBGreatMoments As a Detroit Lions fan, I think about how heartbroken I am that Barry Sanders only saw one playoff victory in his career. Mike Trout fans have watched zero, and over more years. Man they must be pissed.
@adamcarolla As long as they aren't aliens from another planet. I would not support that. Let's allow them to run wild a bit and see what shit they can stir up.
@MoundLore I don't know if it's only staffing. I live in Michigan and we ended up switching to Meijer for prices. Kroger is much more expensive in comparison.
I don't post original stuff, I am an "audience member" who supports the platform. Sometimes an author I love will go into a subject I have no interest in and I'll click "not interested in this post." I'm trying to clean up my algorithm. That's an absolutely terrible policy and needs to be changed.
