Caution advised with @beyondbody_me as I have been charged nearly £600 in a year yet never knowing used the App or their services. Challenging the payments but no positive engagement by @beyondbody_me so far. Massively frustrating.

@O2 This is appalling customer experience. I can’t deal with issue online so call, kept hanging on for 22 minutes before answered. Told you can’t take call for technical reasons and I need to call back in 2 hours. You are a frigging telecommunications company!

gun fired (turned out to be a BB gun). 999 called, CCTV given showing incident. No attendance and told later matter closed, no investigation. That can’t be right surely?
