No one is buying Pritzker’s BS. But, the union members will vote for him anyway. Their self interest is bleeding the taxpayer until they can retire and leave. They don't actually care about public safety or educating children. Green jobs, AI jobs, government jobs - all using taxpayer money at outrageous prevailing wage rates - they even added power washing as a prevailing wage job. They control the votes and in the end, nothing matters more than them getting their raises on the backs of every increasing tax hikes and more debt.
