It appears as though @FlySWISS is intentionally delaying the reimbursement for my elderly mother’s delayed baggage due to the statute of limitations of the Montreal Convention. Baggage lost for 6 days in June, claim submitted immediately, still no resolution or response.
@ClaimsDepartXR The luggage was lost in June , claim was filed within 1 week of recovering the luggage, so we have been waiting for a reimbursement for several months
@ClaimsDepartXR@FlySWISS it has been a few weeks since I was told that my case was escalated, but still no word back. Luggage for elderly mother was lost for almost a week and we are just trying to be reimbursed for the essentials that were purchased.
@FlySWISS@lufthansa my elderly mother’s luggage was lost for six days on our Europe trip. We submitted a claim to be reimbursed for the items we had to buy during that period but have not heard back for approximately two months. Can you please help escalate?
@FlySWISS@lufthansa UPDATE: They found my luggage at ZRH, assigned it to a local courier, and the courier delivered it a little after midnight. Our Trip is saved! Super appreciative of this @FlySWISS@lufthansa
@FlySWISS I called the @lufthansa number you provided. They referred me to another number, which referred me back to the same baggage line I’ve been calling daily. No one can help, and I was told to “try calling ZRH airport.” Can someone actually assist?
@FlySWISS Thank you for responding privately. Unfortunately, after 5 days without my luggage and no progress despite my AirTag showing it at Zürich Airport, public posts are the only thing generating responses. I’ll continue providing updates publicly until the bag is located and returned.
@FlySWISS Day 5 w/out luggage.
AirTag shows my bag has been sitting at ZRH since June 22, but I’ve been told it has not been scanned into baggage system. I’m traveling away from home & buying replacement clothes while bag is at ZRH. Can someone please assist w/ manual search?
@harryjsisson Renee good was a domestic terrorists unfit to even have custody of her own kids. She drove hundreds of miles from her home, stalked federal agents, then finally attempted to murder a law enforcement officer. unfortunately had to face the consequences of that.
@RUSignificant@Timodc Because the illegals aren’t assaulting ice agents and interfering with investigations. They are much smarter than these white liberal protesters.
