We're releasing garnix modules today! At first blush, this looks a lot like the type of PaaS you are already familiar with: Heroku, Render, or Fly. You pick a repo, give us a couple of details about it, and we build, test and deploy it. 1/n

@mitchellh @tnm garnix added NixOS server hosting not so long ago (e.g.: https://t.co/GlBA3yhEvd), so you don't have to provision/deprovision anything, just git push. If you try that out, let me know what you think!

@angerman Maybe you can for e.g. each attribute in the flake file add the result of 'builtins.unsafeGetPos' to its derivation. Then 'nix derivation show' on a store path will give you the original source location?

You can now shop before you buy. Sort of how programming language websites often have embedded evaluators so your first experience isn't of struggling with installation (which in the case of Nix is particularly difficult).
