K nemu asi neni moc co dodavat. Je dobre, chodit spat ve priblizne ve stejnou dobu kazdy den. A jit spat za tmy, zredukovat umele modre svetlo a spat pri mensi teplote.
Premyslim jak prinest nejakou hodnotu. Tak zkusim zde sdilet nejake poznatky ohledne metabolismu, zdravi atd. Jsou ponekud odlisne od mainstreamu.

Je pochopitelne, ze ne vsechen stres lze eliminovat. Momentalne nad timto tematem hodne premyslim. Je nutne eliminovat stres ktery neprinasi nejakou pozitivni hodnotu az pomine. Muze to byt prave ten stres, ktery je chronicky a ktery az tak moc "neotravuje". Avsak ten je zakerny.
Ja jsem zkusil mnoho stravovacich stylu, abych zjistit, ze pravda je jako obvykle nekde mezi. Carnivore, vegeterian.... Avsak momentalne, se vracim k nejakemu balancu kde je cca. 40% Sacharidy, 30 Protein 30 Tuku.
