Tomorrow, interviews for jobs in Saudi Arabia are scheduled at Four Points by Sheraton, Sonwar, Srinagar, and are being conducted by some recruiters from outside J&K. In the past, candidates have raised concerns about agencies becoming unresponsive after interviews and payments, leaving them without support or clarity. We urge the administration to take strict notice of this matter and ensure the safety, accountability, and transparency of the entire recruitment process. If outside agencies want to conduct recruitment drives in Kashmir, the involvement of a responsible local agency registered with the Ministry of External Affairs (Government of India) should be made mandatory to ensure accountability and safeguard candidates’ interests. No candidate should be left vulnerable to fraud, exploitation, or uncertainty.

3 Indian female workers were facing work related issues & approached the Embassy recently. The Embassy with the help of Saudi authorities obtained their Final Exit. Today they are traveling to India. The Embassy extends thank to Saudi authorities for proactive help in the matter.

One Fraudster namely Sameer Hassan Dar S/o Ghulam Hassan R/o Beerwah Budgam arrested. He cheated many aspirants on the pretext of employment in Saudi Arabia. Some female aspirants also alleged him using inappropriate words. FIR no 40/23 u/s 420,354,294,506 of IPC at Sadar PS.
