Nothing gives a bad idea confidence quite like alcohol and the sudden belief that everyone else is the problem.

Rockledge, Florida — police were called to the WoodSpring Suites after staff said Diego Cervantes was intoxicated, yelling at employees, bothering female guests and allegedly trying to f!ght other patrons.

By the time officers found him outside drinking with coworkers, hotel management had already made its decision: he was no longer welcome on the property.

That should’ve been the easy part.

Instead, Cervantes argued with officers, accused them of “attacking” him, repeatedly demanded his lawyer before answering basic questions and insisted he was simply going back upstairs to sleep.

Officers explained it again.

The hotel wants you gone.

Then again.

You cannot go back to your room.

And again.

Leave the property.

But apparently intoxication had promoted him to CEO of Bad Decisions, because he kept arguing like the hotel’s eviction policy was somehow negotiable.

It wasn’t.

He was eventually placed in handcuffs and arrested for disorderly intoxication and trespass in an occupied structure.

Cervantes was ultimately found guilty of disorderly intoxication, while prosecutors dropped the trespass charge.

There must have been several scores of leaks against Trump involving testimony, documents, audio, etc., and they're all obviously coming from the government.  Trump's lawyers need to file an immediate motion, with the long list of leaks as an exhibit, asking that the entire case be dismissed because of prosecutorial misconduct and the government's effort to influence the jury pool.  Moreover, I would insist that the court determine whether DOJ has opened investigations into these felonies.  THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN NOW!
