We purchased a ring only ยฃ300 so not top level I know but 2 stones fall out in 2 months .
And you are making it so hard to return .
No option to replace just return or put up with it .

When its on its great.
But we have days where its off more than on.
Just upset we are paying for a service and now not watching @netflix because we have no service
