@DrRoxbury @AmericanAir Best of luck- they told me for 2.5 months that my daughter’s lost bag was in the process of being located only to find out it was lost for good with minimal compensation. Hopefully things turn out better for you!

@plainsmen1 @AmericanAir Yes- I’ve had this happen twice after first leg of flight was missed due to their delays. Def hate their customers.

@AmericanAir Yes I am very familiar since my last 8 flights with @AmericanAir have been cancelled or delayed and/or included lost luggage. Any idea when this might be fixed?

@AmericanAir was excited to get on a rebooked flight that was only several hours after the second missed flight due to initial 2 delays. Now delayed another hour on the runway. Why?!

@AmericanAir My daughter's bag has been missing for 6 days now. It has all of her summer clothes in it. Phone reps have been zero help. This is inexcusable. Please advise ASAP.
