I know it’s a drop in the bucket to these mega corporations, but having the on-air talent shill for them during the negotiations with @YouTubeTV was disgraceful and tone deaf.

@jkeagle27 @AmericanAir It’s crazy to have to cancel and then rebook the exact same flight. They force you to pay twice for the same thing, and probably resell your original departure seat. Sounds like deceptive trade practices.

Did you know that if you can’t make the first flight of your roundtrip @AmericanAir flight, but still want the return flight home, too bad, they force you to cancel the entire thing, with no refund, and pay for another one way ticket? Seriously why do you hate your customers?
