@christodd10@markschlereth Thanks for the clarification. Seems like a dumb rule and kudos to Dallas for figuring it out. They’ve kicked the ball out of bounds on purpose twice today.
Hold on, a touchback leads to the ball spotted at the 30 but a kick out of bounds the ball is spotted on the 25?! @markschlereth is this true? I just watched it in the Dallas/Washington game and the commentators didn’t explain.
@blockallanime @buuuhler@ImTheRealKayden What are the origins of Baptism? How long has Baptism been required for salvation? If Jesus came as a New Covenant for all people and took the place of the Old Testament Law, why would Baptism be required to be saved?
@blockallanime @buuuhler@ImTheRealKayden Romans 4:3 says “Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness.” Not belief plus baptism plus works.
@blockallanime @ImTheRealKayden@buuuhler You just used a statement from Jesus that proves my point of faith alone and also points to the Trinity (receiving the Spirit from the Father by belief in the Son). There is nothing in the Bible that disproves the Trinity or faith alone. Keep trying!
@blockallanime @ImTheRealKayden@buuuhler There is only one requirement for salvation and that is faith alone in Christ Jesus! Jesus did give a great outline of how we should live on this earth but none of those things will save us. “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” Romans 3:23
