Yes Mr Yasin Malik , a peaceful, law-abiding, respected leader and a loyal citizen advocated human rights of all in Kashmir was unjustly arrested and sentenced to life, mainly for political purposes. The Appeals Court or the Indian Supreme Court would serve justice, national interest & also enhance the rule of law by ordering his immediate release.

“Yasin Malik too has human rights like A.G. Perarivalan and deserves to be treated with the same respect as Thuingaleng Muivah, incidentally the Ato Kilonser or Prime Minister of the parallel government run by NSCN (IM) in Nagaland called the Government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim. Just as the Government of India sees hope in resolving Naga political issue by engaging in dialogue with NSCN (IM) leadership it should rethink its strategy in J&K and engage the leadership there to resolve the political problem of J&K.
Yasin Malik, an avowed Gandhian, is a hope for people of J&K as well as India (entire region). When Nelson Mandela was sent to jail in South Africa he was considered a militant. He was the founder of militant wing of African National Congress, uMkhonto we Sizwe, but later became a pacifist. He formed Truth and Reconciliation Commission to grant amnesties to people who committed crimes during the apartheid rule. It was because of him that a peaceful transition of power could take place from the apartheid era to the first representative government of South Africa.
Yasin Malik’s case should be treated sympathetically as he has pleaded guilty, which is very unusual. This shows that his commitment to Gandhian values is intact”.

میر واعظ صاحب سلامت رہیں شکریہ اس زیارت سے عقیدت مندی کے علاوہ ہمارا ایک خاندانی تعلق بھی ہے ۔
ہمارے خاندان کے بزرگ میرے تایا پیر مقبول گیلانی زیارت دستگیر خانیار شریف سرینگر کے سجادہ نشین تھے مگر انہیں 1953 کشمیر سازش کیس میں گرفتار کیا گیا اور پھر انہیں جلاوطنی کی زندگی گذارنے پڑی۔ کسی دن ڈاکٹر شکیل مجاہد صاحب کو بلا ک�� یادیں تازہ کرلیں۔
سرینگر میں ممتاز ڈاکٹر ابو واحد صاحب نے میری پوسٹ پر لکھا تھا کہ
“میر مقبول گیلانی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ایک عظیم انسان تھے جنہوں نے کشمیر کاز کے لیے اپنی تمام آسائشیں قربان کر دیں۔
1931 کے شہداء کی تجہیز تکفین انہوں نے کی اور میر واعظ یوسف شاہ مرحوم نے جامع مسجد سری نگر میں نماز جنازہ پڑھائی.. شہداء قبرستان کے لیے زمین نور شاہ نقشبندی مرحوم نے دی تھی۔
میر واعظ یوسف شاہ کے بعد میر مقبول گیلانی اور دیگر نے ان سے خواجہ نقشبند کے مزار پر زمین کے بارے میں بات کی تھی.. وہ لکھتے ہیں کہ قتل عام کے بعد آسمان پر گہرے سرخ بادل نمودار ہوئے اور چاروں طرف ہوائیں چل��ے لگیں۔ ڈاکٹر صاحب کا تبصرہ شامل ہے۔

آیے مل کر ہم ان اندرونی و بیرونی قوتوں پر واضح کریں کہ
کوئ ہمیں بہتے دریاؤں چناب و جہلم، یا پیر پنجال کے آر پار یا ہندو مسلم مذہب کی بنیاد پر تقسیم نہیں کر سکتا ۔

@elonmusk dear Elon , I wanted to draw your attention to a serious issue. I would like to bring to your notice that the country directors of your organizations appointed for India and Pakistan are allegedly spoiling the reputation of Twitter X and other social media organizations for financial interests. Following the directives of the respective governments 🇮🇳 and 🇵🇰, the accounts of those who disagree with the government policies are being suspended,closed or shutdown and in the light of following news of providing the personal information of social media activists to the respective governments, is clearly violation of Human rights and right of expression. I request you and other human rights and @pressfreedom International organizations take notice of violations of the rights of people. Please Do not silence the voices of the voiceless people of Jammu and Kashmir who are demanding independence from India, Pakistan and China.
