@adamburmister@wrumsby@DylanReeve Had the same thought and agree. Food & bev run on super thin margins, incentive is super low and pdfs work well enough on desktop / mobile / IRL menus. Google also can index pdfs so no SEO benefit. 90% of food & bev also repeat customers so not good for acquisition
Stories like these always confuse me. Is the takeaway that to keep your job, the best strategy is to blackmail your boss? Or that you shouldn't pay your employees? Or that you should keep working at a company which has tried to fire you 5 times?

@akuzi Not quite the same thing but have you checked out Instagram's latest "notes" feature? You can post a "note" to all your friends but it vanishes after 24 hours.
As much as I've enjoyed Apple's success with Tim at the helm, having so many people in such a core division of the company leave in such a short amount of time doesn't bode well ๐
