@RogeSims I love her npc sims! They're great! The only ones I can't get gto work though are the librarians (that I've noticed so far). Even if I delete the ones the game creates, it still creates a new random sim next time I'm at a library. So frustrating!

No issues on my end but I did originally preorder a month ago but kept getting emails about an issue with my payment method so I canceled that one.

@purpleomaddy I had the same thing happen to me years ago. They might have eventually called me, not sure, but I found out when I called for an appointment and was told she had shut down her practice (she was very ill at the time) and they were closing down there office.
