@JackHayesSH Depending on your starting point or unique economic situation, the way typical deals are structured forces an exit for GP to realize a profit. Unless of course you’re finding absolute homerun deals at scale, which allow for a refi at stabilization.

@JackHayesSH I think the move it taking promote money and buying long term holds, even if they’re small deals. Long term holds are where true wealth is created over time, the cash flow covers your life for generations if you maintain assets and tenants pay down your debt; wealth creation

@amznsellerhelp Since August 2nd the person who owns and is responsible for the account I’m associated with removed all of my information and entered theirs so at this point there should be no match at all. Again, I’m not here to argue that accomplishes nothing, I’m here to resolve this

@amznsellerhelp And that “goal post”keeps moving. My appeal was sufficient Aug 1 based on months of submitting documents that Amazon requested and then not sufficient 1 day later for the same issue. I truly don’t understand how that could be or what it is Amazon is looking for at this point
