my conclusion - if a significant fine is put in place, PPI will be deleted - companies will find ways to function without holding that info - 700 Credit & Hudson Auto did not need my info after the deal fell thru. They kept the PPI needlessly - I am the victim here. @CFPB_Watch
@hudsonautosa ouch. i applied for credit at a Hudson dealer in July - deal didn't make - i turned down the final offer. Today i got a letter from 700 Credit indicating my PPI had been compromised - Hudson Auto gave my info to a lousy credit compliance agent - now I suffer for
what needs to happen here: 700 credit and Hudson should be fined $4,000 for each data breach affected person - yep = $23 Billion - if the entity holding info doesn't protect the info then they should be fined. If they can't afford the fine then they should not be holding info.
@nashvillebiz yep. congrats to Freddie. I can't understand how it happened, but it did. I would like to know who paid for the campaign pre ballot, where did the money come from? who are the folks on staff at How Nashville Moves - will they be hired by the city to run the new dept
@nashvillebiz guessing i received the wrong version of NBJ.all the univ here are set up for comparison to schls in Ky OH & In.after 6 decades of education with 5 kids, all with elevated degrees, NONE, zero, looked at any of these schools. whoever made this regional comparison missed the mark.
@MarketWatch Tenants By Entirety is an interesting study if you are having difficulty deciding ‘what is yours what is mine’. Praying today you will find peace & love in your home.
@MarketWatch Your problem is not financial; it is marital. Remember, marriage is a joining, an intermingling of lives, including money. While we live in an ever increasing secular context, the bulk of history shows marriage to = oneness. cf Matt 19:5ff. Be careful to avoid the ‘hard heart’
@MarketWatch Income tax is simply social engineering. Govt taxes then distributes portions to various select people/groups to force reinforce behavior. Definitely not constitutional. Shrink govt. Let people run their own lives.
@MarketWatch Without an income tax all the ridiculous record keeping & changing deductions will go away. The govt should not be concerned whether a company makes money or not; or how much they pay for various items. FREEDOM!!!
@MarketWatch I say axe all income taxes. All that is needed is a property tax. Wealthy people own the bulk of property thus they will pay the bulk of tax. No need for IRS. Let local property tax agents collect & distribute tax money. Shrink federal govt. return control to the states.
@MarketWatch Income tax is simply a tool to perpetuate power by the few - feudalism. Removing wealth from one person or group & giving it to another.
@MarketWatch Sad that many families need subsidy. Sadder still that the govt thinks it’s their job to take $ from my children & Willy Nilly give it to someone else. Charity is the work of the Church. The govt’s job is to protect private property ownership.
@ArtRainer Continuing…. If businesses were at risk for serious money in a data breach they would either effectively protect the info or do business without it.
