This is an acoustic guitar. It sounds like a medieval hurdy-gurdy.
Japanese inventor Keizo Ishibashi made a crank attachment that spins two rosined rings to bow four strings at once.
No electronics. Nothing modifying the guitar. Genius or too strange to catch on?
At around 3 a.m. on December 9, 2018, a homeless man named César arrived at Hospital Regional Alto Vale in Rio do Sul, Brazil, needing medical treatment.
As the staff cared for him inside, four dogs quietly gathered outside the entrance. They were the same stray dogs César had spent years feeding and protecting, often giving them part of his own meals even when he had little for himself. They refused to leave, waiting patiently until he returned.
Nurse Cris Mamprim witnessed the moment and shared photos that would reach millions of people around the world. She later said the dogs looked healthy and well cared for, a reflection of the love César had shown them despite his own hardships.
When César was discharged, the hospital staff offered him food. He ate a little, then saved the rest to share with his dogs before walking away with all four faithfully by his side.
César had almost nothing the world would call wealth, yet he earned something that cannot be bought. Four lives trusted him enough to wait at a hospital door until he came back.

This beautiful girl started coming around our house in December. She seems to be a semi-socialized stray. I’ve been working to gain her trust everyday. Two days ago she showed up and presented her baby. It was so precious 😭
Мало кто знает, но в 1964 году 26-летний Хопкинс написал потрясающий вальс «And the Waltz Goes On».
