@AveloAir can someone please make the necessary change on my reservation to allow me to manage myself? One of my flights were changed, I HAVE Avelo flex and should not need to call for assistance. I have spent 8 hours on hold the last two days without any assistance.
@AveloAir have supported you since your started service from Tweed. Must say we will be looking for alternatives. Eight flights this morning in a 2 1/2 hour window, lines wrapped around the building including pre-check. You had a good thing going. Truly disappointing! #dobetter
@j8snl @ChrissyKinsella @MmeDirectrice @DavidTaylor_uk Agreed! We missed our connection and were rebooked by @British_Airways automatically with @VirginAirUST and our bags didn’t make the connection. Now we have no idea where they are and are not getting any responses from either airline.

@Bunnell_HS you may want to reconsider the music you allow to be played while your teams warm up. I was uncomfortable with the vulgarity of it and hope there weren���t any children - other than the players of course - there to watch their siblings game.

@Delta Help! Trying hard to get help at JFK after flight being rebooked due to delays in LGA and having a hard time. The only people that helped us were the two wonderful men at the baggage department that got our bags for us right away.
@Delta our morning - flight delayed twice, switched to different outgoing airport and booked on new flight with incorrect arrival time. Missed second flight. Missed connection. Treated horribly at airport and now stuck trying to figure out what to do on our own.
I will never purchase another @Samsung product. We have spent thousands over the last few years and they do not stand by their product and have no customer service. #farewellsamsung
