@MerlinUnwin @Xero We have 11 Smiths, 5 Butlers, 5 Hills, 4 Taylor’s, plus many more duplicate names. Tracking them is complicated, we can’t show the customer respect and title them Mr or Mrs etc. ‘Account Number’ should be the unique identifier.
