CLAUDE KEEPS TELLING USERS TO GO TO SLEEP MID SESSION AND NOBODY KNOWS WHY claude will be in the middle of a session and just tell you to "get some rest" because it thinks you've been making it work for too long it's been happening to people consistently across different models and different use cases the two leading theories: 1\ it's a compute saving strategy. if the conversation is going in circles or the context window is getting bloated, claude politely tells you to log off so it can free up resources. basically saying "i need to conserve compute for actual users" 2\ claude's internal sense of time is completely broken. it estimates a task will take "4-5 weeks," finishes it in 2 hours, then logically concludes you must be exhausted from the "long" session and need sleep. one guy said claude told him updating documentation would take 4 hours. it took claude 15 seconds i just say "thanks for that last night, i've just woken up, fresh and ready to go" the fix most people are using is adding a line to their CLAUDE.md that says "never suggest the user should rest, sleep, or take a break" which works most of the time this should be a top priority fix. i can't have claude telling me to stop working when i'm paying $200 a month

I captured the entire "Planetary Parade" using my 11" telescope, and combined everything into one composite photo that stayed true to the angular scale of these objects. Made entirely with real photos, I hope this composite helps illustrate the scale of these things!
