Never forget that athletics is one of the best “classrooms” and “teachers” a student will ever have. Learn from the good and the bad. Success and failure. Work hand in hand with others towards a common goal. Learn to be coached (taught and evaluated) and make adjustments to be better in the future. Not sure why sports, especially in HS, get a bad wrap?
