@CTVNationalNews, you need to fix the audio on your National News Broadcasts. Volume drops as reporters come to the end of their reports before going back to news desk. Very hard to hear what they are saying.
This has been ongoing for over a month. Oh and answer the phone.

@Bell_Support for some reason, you have HLN broadcasting on CNN. This happened twice today, first 5:00 p.m. CT and now at 10:00 p.m. CT. Should be Bill Maher but see Forensic Files. And in fact, it is breaking news on CNN and you broke away from it. What is up???
