@AsdaServiceTeam a week on and this still isn’t resolved. I’ve tweeted, messaged and phoned. You never delivered my shopping but took my money and I need it back.

1/2 @AsdaServiceTeam my delivery has been cancelled due to a broken down van. Not ideal but heyho, phoned customer services to be told that a cancellation would be put through within 24 hours and I’d receive my money back within 3-5 working days!

2/2 in the meantime, I can rebook a slot and spend the time putting every single item in my basket again! This is appalling. Any tips on how to feed a family of 4 when Asda is holding £100 of your money hostage gratefully received
