I made an Arcane / League of Legends Vi fan animation!
The idea I had was for Vi (or any game character) to make an “audition tape” for the studio itself, like a real dance/acting audition!

Finally finished my biggest animation yet!
It started out as a third person game animation, but evolved into a full cinematic sequence. It's my longest anim, & I filmed a ton of personal reference to get the mechanics right.

How I animate this camera rotation!!!
1- Animate the floor moving dots in the space.
2- Connect the lines to describe the floor.
3- Draw the character on the floor starting with the feets.
In this case was easy because the character stay in the same place.
I finally had some free time outside of my day job to start working on a new animation. I’d really appreciate any feedback on this so far.
My goal was to make it feel like a third person game!
