@virginmedia 14 times over 4 days is excessive push back times. Maybe just stop saying two hours every two hours? Be a bit more transparent and honest.
@virginmedia So after 1 hr on the phone, told that there is a fault on the network, (who knew?) ๐ Iโve been assured that the service will be restored in 2hrs (thatโs what the engineers are saying) if not theyโll send an engineer to my house. ๐ my house to fix a fault on THE NETWORK ๐๐๐๐
@cammysmith1987@virginmedia Have a look at the feed. Itโs a complete waste of time contacting them. Email, text, they just keep saying two hours, itโs changed over 14 times in four days. Their system is broken. Donโt care about communication with customers.
@virginmedia speaking to your technical services now, they quote the same texts, emails and are continually changing the times by 2 hours and five hours. Now being offered a technician to our homeโฆ donโt realise the whole area is down? ๐
@virginmedia Push back the fix time over 14 times, be honest. Youโd standard replies and lack of communication to your customers is the issue. Maybe say upfront will be down for daysโฆ
@virginmedia@JillyKate3 Donโt agree the communication is awful, text, email, just get fibbed off, many will leaveโฆ. ยฃ306 to cancel a service that they canโt actually tell you when it will come back on.
@JillyKate3@virginmedia Day four when you call they just fob you off with a new time, and lies. Stringing their customers along, many will leave, best way to loose customersโฆ
@SJK30 @virginmedia Good luck weโve had four days of it, communication is the worst ever. Text service doesnโt work, email doesnโt work and phone service isnโt any better no answersโฆ
@virginmedia@saIforddave@louwager1504@virginmedia Day four nowโฆ how about you tell your customers the truth? That you have a massive outage and it will take a week(s) to fix? Still moving the time constantly. Your communication is just awful.
@virginmedia@saIforddave@louwager1504 Both! Everytime I recieve an update saying that itโs fixed (and itโs not) then I have to sign up again! And it now seems like all communication by text and email has stopped. @virginmedia has already taken up way too much of my time.
@virginmedia@saIforddave@louwager1504 I find that insulting, of course things may change, but at least ten times in the last two days is beyond reasonable. Maybe you should look at how the internal communications are working ( or not) your communications have also said itโs fixed for us only to find itโs not.
@saIforddave@virginmedia@louwager1504 Yes, it is and continues to be. Glad yours is fixed. We have no access for two days and the estimated time keeps changing. Itโs the communications to their customers I have issue with, they clearly know itโs major but play it down.
@virginmedia@saIforddave@louwager1504 Yes we have and itโs as much use as a chocolate teapot. The service status continually changes and you seem to know what the issue is, but you have no clue how to estimate the timeframe as it has changed at least ten times in the last two days. For a communications companyโฆ๐
