@Clear your Pre-Check line at AUS is approaching the length of the normal Pre-Check line and moves slower. I’m not sure if more staff or more machines are needed but for almost $400 a year, for the first time I no longer feel like I’m getting the value from your product.

@SCUFAssist please fix iCue for the Envision Pro. I really don't want to have to turn off Eco Mode every time I leave my computer for more than a couple of hours. Also the profile conflict issue is getting out of hand.
