@PostOffice been waiting over 48 hours for 48 a call back and been hung up on by two of your customer service team today when trying to find out why I’m still waiting #chocolateteapot

@PostOffice Also the first person I spoke to today, Khadija, said that callback hadn’t been requested later had it confirmed that Owen was meant to be calling me back she spoke to him and told me he was unable to speak to me the next guy I spoke to (after she hung up) said he wasn’t in work

@PostOffice The last guy hung up because I wanted to raise another complaint about his colleague who hung up on me before. The advice they give is to wait for the manager to call and tell them.
