I just watched Ohtani’s live press conference. He spoke Japanese and then the 🇺🇸 interpreter translated into English. And then for absolutely no reason, a Japanese news interpreter retranslated the 🇺🇸 interpreter’s English back into (worse) Japanese. Make it make sense.
