@RealAlexJones Keep making your money while you can on Charlie’s death because once the actual court date happens you will lose all credibility when prosecution brings out the real evidence and I can’t wait for karma to be the bitch for yall.
@lorenpiretra@realjesseonfire I see what you did right there. That was the wrong expert! That was Jesse In Fire’s video and you lied and said it was Turning Points video.
When are we going to allow a foreign country extradite American citizens based on accusations when they have not been charged with anything crime in America. Watch the vide Andrew Tate made in May that wasn’t to be released until he was dead or locked up. https://t.co/8nSSIDClWk
To the USMS / BOP / Miami FDC @SecRubio:
As a former 1811 who personally processed and delivered hundreds of prisoners into this exact facility, I am raising a precise legal and operational concern regarding the Tate brothers.
They are currently on a USMS hold pending extradition approval/denial in proceedings.
They have not been convicted of any crime in the United States and, most importantly, are U.S. citizens, yet their status is that of extradition detainees.
Over more than three years of proceedings in Romania, the brothers appeared at every required court hearing and judicial proceeding — more than 40 in total — without missing a single one.
They even returned to Romania when summoned after travel restrictions were eased.
That is a clear and documented record of compliance.
Under Wright v. Henkel, 190 U.S. 40 (1903), bail in international extradition cases may be granted upon a showing of special circumstances. A consistent multi-year history of appearing for every required hearing constitutes precisely the type of special circumstance the Court contemplated. I formally request that the court give full and fair consideration to bond.
Further, under Bell v. Wolfish, 441 U.S. 520 (1979), individuals detained pending judicial proceedings cannot be subjected to conditions that amount to punishment. Restrictions must be reasonably related to a legitimate governmental objective. Arbitrary or unnecessarily harsh treatment fails that standard.
As U.S. citizens who have not been charged with any crime in the United States, the Tate brothers should not be subjected to detention-like restrictions based solely on allegations made by a foreign government.
At a minimum, they should be released under reasonable supervision, with appropriate reporting requirements and assurances they will appear for all required U.S. proceedings, meetings, or hearings.

@theMakarioz Yes she is crazy but these “auditors” are just asking for this kind of stuff because they are literally looking for reactions like this. It should be illegal to instigate the public with a camera like this.
@Clav0Updates that “looksmaxxing baby face” probably won’t do him many favors in prison—or maybe he’d finally get exactly what he’s always chasing: constant attention and validation, just from an audience he probably didn’t have in mind.

@Clav0Updates Not to mention all the girls Clavicular allegedly recruits for OnlyFans. It appears very similar to the kind of operation associated with his buddy Andrew Tate, whom he recently had on his show. If the allegations are true and he is doing the same kind of thing,
@db4jhyxt2b@Jvnior That is exactly what I was going to say. Anybody would respond the same way if you are up in their face chanting stupid phrases. They were picked on because they were from Israel from what I can see in this video.
@DaChoppa808@ChaosTV Not the way most of these guys do it. Most of them are literally trying to annoy people until they say something. Can’t wait for specific laws to be changed that makes it illegal to do what they do. Not an actual auditor that is showing corruption.
@MrBlack513@wildklip Without looking at skin color at all, I do have to say the skinny woman spit in the fat woman’s face like right away. Is that okay?
@JozuJoestarr What the hell is wrong with you @jozujoestarr? What do you think it is funny she is morning her husband being shot in front of the world? Fuckn idiot!
@PattyMurray Elon Musk personally pays the same maximum Social Security tax as every other employee—about $11,439. But his companies employ roughly 150,000+ people. If every employee reached the wage cap, that’s 150,000 × $11,439 = $1.72 BILLION in employer Social Security taxes.
@sweety33321@ngriffinxxxx Come on girls there is something to be admired for the girls with tight little pussies and doing this is a fast lane to some huge beef curtains!
@jetsisles1492@ChaosLensX Stealing a meal from a billion dollar company isn’t what this is about. It’s being identity theft and credit card fraud. I don’t feel bad for him at all, he is 18 and is an adult. If he would have gotten away with it, he would have done it again and then escalated from there.
