Hey @1Password A family member deleted our whole family account, thinking they were only deleting their account. All my personal passwords/passkeys are there, so I’m pretty screwed. Support has not answered me for several hours. I need to recover access ASAP. Please advise
@sipacid@1Password Hey there! I was able to reproduce it by pressing ⌘ and minus (-) which zoom's out the UI.
What happens when you press ⌘ + 0 to restore the normal zoom level?

I spoke to Blake sounds like there was some wires crossed on that first email and for some reason, we never got it. We're looking into why, but might just be one of those things. I'm at happy you weren't intentionally ignored.
I'll catch up with Blake end of next week to make sure this is going the right way. Appreciate the feedback and hope you give us another try in the future.
@kushaldas@samuelcolvin@1Password Hey Kushal! Samuel got it working by uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, so worth a shot. Before you do though, could you tell me which version you're currently on? I've got a theory I want to chase down.
@BEBischof@samuelcolvin@1Password This is a helpful clue, I will try to repro. Feel free to expand on other issues you've had on multi-account management. I would love to hear about them.
@BEBischof@samuelcolvin@1Password Could your extension be missing one of the accounts your desktop has? If the password you're typing matches an account that only exists on desktop, you'd get exactly what you described. This should be handled for you, but curious if that's what's happening under the hood.
