DHSC & NHSEI should stop using term "fully vaccinated" for 2 doses covid vaccine in all communications. it's not fully protective and sends out false public messaging/assurance at time of booster campaign. Better to state single dose/2 doses/3 doses/booster for vaccination status
Received today-is this really appropriate public health messaging to reduce spiralling Omicron rates? Handwashing & downloading NHS App above wearing face masks and nothing about reducing social mixing & distancing? Public need clear coherent govt. messages to change behaviour
Dear @UKHSA, your poor handling of the supply of lateral flow tests to pharmacies and the bureaucratic process around it has created a lot of stress for #pharmacy teams and for patients during the busy Christmas period. You need to urgently resolve this. @DHSCgovuk#LFT#Omicron
Lights out at the end of another insanely busy day in the pharmacy. 14 hour work day for me & the same tomorrow too I’m sure. Thinking of all the pharmacy teams who are pushing on, despite the exhaustion, for the sake of their patients 💚
There’s never been a more important time for GPs and hospital consultants to work together.
The letter below to consultants at Bart’s Health from group CMO @ChesserAlistair is a great example of leadership and top quality communication. Well done Alistair.
Another great day vaccinating the patients of Harrow East PCN with help from our lovely volunteers
Thanks for all the positive feedback!

@British_Airways I’ve been trying to contact your customer services team today with no luck. Your t+c’s state I needed to get in touch within 24 hours. Can you DM and advise how to get in touch. Thanks
So yesterday I asked for some help getting Alfie a ride in a Tesla.
Massive support from all of you so thank you.
And massive thanks to @TeslaOwnersUK for sending 3 Tesla’s to our house at short notice. He was over the moon
