I am pausing my vacation to spend $1600 to fly back to Athens Airport to find the luggage by myself. Will you meet me there to help me locate my luggage and bring it back to London?

They seemed pretty legit until they started asking me to sign up for a World Remit account so they can pay me compensation andMpesa. What the hell is going on with your company? Is this seriously how you handled issues with your customers. It attracts people who are looking to scam your customers? Find my bags! They are at the Athens airport! I can see them using my Apple AirTags.

Our bags were lost at the Athens airport because they had not made our flight. We can see they are still there because of Apple AirTags. Nobody at Agean Airlines or Goldair has been helpful. Find my bags and bring them to me!

@SouthwestAir Such 🖤! Rushing to Seattle because of a death in the family today. Bag was 8lbs over the maximum. Agent asked for $75. Asked manager to waive fee. She said that "Southwest treats all customers equally regardless of their circumstances." Are you serious?
