@IRCTCofficial My relatives often travel from Mumbai to Vadodara and arrive or depart at Vishvamitri Junction. For a long time we have noticed coach information on platform CIB boards is often incorrect. We have complained several times but no resolution. Pls resolve this issue.

It booked in tatkal WL and it cancelled automatically.
Booking charge = ₹2313.60
Refund amount = ₹2061.44
Why deducted ₹252 even though it goes into TQWL bcas @IRCTCofficial blocked tatkal for common person like us?

1. Restaurant is make order on hold in the preparing status for 2 hours.

When I was at home, I was planning to order khichdi using @Swiggy. But the restaurant is near my house so I went there and pickup similar order from the restaurant. You can see price difference in the below snaps.
Restaurant owner told me @Swiggy is taking 35% charge from order.

@SwiggyCares@Swiggy@Swiggy we already knew your reply. But you don't mention anywhere, why they listed item with price hike 30-35% from their normal price. I discussed with them and found that you charged heavy comission from them. So they have to listed with those prices to reach on same price.
