BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with a mysterious scandal as it's unearthed that a shady company has received more than $3 million from his campaign so far this year — and the owners aren't disclosed.

But the plot thickens...

According to campaign finance records, the money in question has been funneled to "Launchpad Strategies LLC." It was incorporated in Delaware in November and has a Raleigh, North Carolina post office box as its listed address.

Bizarrely, state officials in North Carolina told NBC News that they have no record of the company registered in the state.

"We don’t have a business entity by that name in our Business Registration database," explained Liz Proctor, a spokeswoman for North Carolina's secretary of state.

Thus far, the company has received $3.1 million from the Trump campaign and an affiliated joint fundraising committee. It's the second-largest vendor used this year by the Trump Save America Joint Fundraising Committee.

Crucially, "Launchpad Strategies LLC" has never before done political work for state-level or federal candidates according to financial disclosures.

This of course raises the obvious question: What is this company and who is benefitting from it?

Their website offers zero information about its services or who operates it. NBC News reached out to the organization for explanation but heard nothing back.

Watchdog groups are understandably concerned.

"It’s concerning to see a company formed just six months ago suddenly receive over $3.1 million from Donald Trump’s network of political committees, particularly since there is virtually no public information about this company," said Saurav Ghosh, the Campaign Legal Center's director of federal campaign finance reform.

"Who works there, what services they offer or have provided and whether Trump’s payments to ‘Launchpad Strategies LLC’ are for bona fide services or are, instead, actually payments to other vendors funneled through a mere corporate shell," Ghosh added.

Something deeply shady is going on here and since it involves our presidential election, the American people have a right to know what.

The guy who apparently “didn’t know” not to fly the American flag upside down at his home has helped force a reality upon this country where there were 64,000+ pregnancies resulting from rape in just 14 red states in less than 2 years.

The guy who blamed his own personal desecration of our flag on his wife and his neighborhood being “political”, has helped force a reality upon us where 25 Million+ women do not have access to abortion in this country anymore.

The guy who flew a flag in support of the very election denial he was considering ruling on and the very election deniers who attacked the Capitol a week earlier, is going to help decide if hospitals can in fact, leave a woman to die before performing an abortion.

He’s going to help decide if domestic abusers can have their guns back. If medication abortion is legal or illegal. If access to contraception can be taken away. If more of the rights we continue to enjoy now can be stripped from us. If a traitorous madman who incited a violent attack in an effort to subvert the will of the people can execute his rivals and get away with it.

A man not capable of making the right call as it pertained to flying our Flag in a violation of our Flag codes, a man who KNOWS he is supposed to remain unbiased and impartial and yet consistently chooses otherwise, a man who can’t do, or won’t do, the ethical thing when it comes to ruling on cases he knows he shouldn’t, represents 1/9th of the power of the highest court in this country and is tasked with helping to make the kinds of decisions so grave, so impactful, they have the power to drastically change lives, alter the course of history, and shape the future itself.

Pretend like you’re the Jew who was tragically and horrifically sent to one of the German Death Camps, huddled with other Jews, talking about all the things you would have done different, and signs you would have been watching for, if you knew what you knew now…day, weeks or months before your demise.

Now, look around the room you are in. It’s 2024. We don’t have to imagine. We’ve read the history books. We’ve watched the documentaries. Some of us have talked to living Holocaust survivors. If you’re reading this, thinking “Oh, Jack…don’t be so dramatic.” I say this to you: You’re in denial. Fear will do that. But, so will stupidity.

What are you prepared to do to win? That is a question you best be answering for yourself.

Do you really want to win this fucking election, or are you just rattling out of your ass…because it sounds good on Twitter? If you’re serious, what are you doing to make it happen.

What if he was elected and started implementing the thing’s he has threatened? Do you fearfully “board the trains,” or, knowing what you know about how that worked out in the past, do you have different plans?

There are things to think about and questions to be answered. Get them answered, ASAP. Good answers never arise in the moment that you need them. It’s too late, then. Decide ahead of time.

Donald Trump has stated clearly the things he has planned if elected. They are no different than what Hitler planned. No surprise, there. Trump has long admired Hitler.

As Trump has said the things he plans to do, his equally fucked up and disturbed GOP shit wipes…have stood by silent. A clear endorsement of the threats he has made.

This go around, the “Jews” are informed “Jews.”

The phrase “History repeats itself” is utter bullshit. People repeat themselves…until they don’t.

We are at the “Until we don’t” stage. We are THOSE people. Never again. Never fucking again.

BREAKING: Legendary shock jock Howard Stern showers Joe Biden with praise and tells him that "we're lucky to have" him as president — and BRUTALLY tears into Donald Trump.

Stern has known Trump for years, so MAGA is furious...

"What are we debating!? A man picked up the phone and wanted to say 'fake the election, give me eleven thousand votes," said Stern during an interview with Biden.

"I don't know how any American who loves this country... That's the end of the debate! You don't get to run if you're going to fix an election," he added.

"Look, I think I said on January 6th when they were storming the Capitol and he would say nothing," said Biden. "He was sitting in that dining area off the Oval Office for three hours and said nothing."

"It was derelict. It was almost criminal," he went on. "He did nothing. He just sat there and watched what was happening. Now he calls them 'patriots' and 'victims' and says he's going to pardon them all if he's reelected."

Elsewhere in the interview, Biden really laid into Trump, slamming him for promising a "bloodbath" if he loses in November.

"We have a fundamentally different value set," explained Biden. "For example, when he was in Paris, he wouldn't go to that gravesite and said they're ‘losers.’ These men and women who were killed in battle, defending America. I'm glad I wasn't there because I think I would have... My son's in one of those graves, in one of the graves back here, not there. The idea that they're losers and suckers?"

"I can't fathom a President of the United States saying that the folks who died defending this country were ‘suckers’ and ‘losers,'" Biden added.

Towards the end of the interview, Stern thanked Biden for all that he's done and listed some of his key accomplishments.

"I want to thank you for doing this today. I want to thank you for your compassion," said Stern. "The reason I'm so excited to talk to you was because I wanted to understand the tragedy in your life and how you dealt with it."

"And you're the kind of leader I love," he went on. "We're lucky to have you in the Oval Office and serving as the father of the country because if you're a good father to your family, which you are, I know you'll be a good father to the country."

"And I want to thank you for providing a calming influence, an organized administration post-COVID, getting that vaccine out," Stern continued. "I remember what the world was like at that point, getting NATO, getting us to feel comfortable, standing up to Putin. I could read you greatest hits but I'm being give the 'hi sign' but the incredible, large growth in the jobs, unemployment rate down."

"I don't know what people are looking for in a president or maybe it's that people don't feel like they're getting enough," he said. "I don't know what it is but I'll give you your greatest hits..."

"The lowest uninsured rate in history, four out of five Americans are covered for less than ten dollars a month," Stern said. "Knocking off a few ISIS leaders. Cutting the emissions in half. I mean you've always been an environmentalist. Even the marijuana reform laws. Enough with the sitting there and fighting that battle! Respect for Marriage Act. What the hell is wrong with people with this gay stuff? Who cares if someone's gay. How is it affecting anybody. People in love, it's good right?"

Stern's genuine admiration for Biden couldn't be clearer.

Biden's administration has been a historic success and the responsibility now falls to us to ensure that he gets a second term. Democracy depends upon it.

So yesterday, after my post about the Supreme Court taking away a woman's right to choose, I was told, "You're not a fucking woman. Don't speak for us."

Let me just say: I don't give a damn that I'm not a woman. I'm gonna keep fighting for woman's rights, and I'm gonna voice my opinions and my concerns.

For the life of me, I cannot understand how ANY woman can condone, approve, and defend all these ridiculous anti-abortion laws the Republican Party has implemented, or are attempting to implement.

For God's sake, in Idaho, physicians are advising their pregnant patients, or those trying to become pregnant, to purchase memberships with helicopter medical companies to avoid legal and potentially significant costs if they need to travel for urgent care.

In Oklahoma, legislation was introduced to assign a “unique patient identifier” to women who obtain an abortion that would allow them to be identified by the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
That is to say, Republicans in Oklahoma want to brand women like cattle.

In FIVE Texas counties and in Idaho laws have been passed denying women the FREEDOM to travel out of state for healthcare in the so called "land of the free."

How the fuck can ANY woman support and defend this!?!

WOW! First, I am truly grateful for each person who has taken the time to comment thus far. I’ve had damp eyes more the once, as I’ve read down through each and every one of them.

Clearly, as evidenced by the comments from all around the world, the idea that “Democracy could slip away” is rubbish. It IS slipping away, NOW, and has been since the day Donald Trump was elected.

SCOTUS has failed us. Merrick Garland has failed us (and please, save the arguments about how “Justice moves slow.” Merrick Garland moved slow. That’s who moved slow.)

No one in a position to do something to quickly limit the damage Trump was doing took this as seriously as it deserved to be taken. The few who did…were pushed out.

It’s a “Three Alarm Fire” and surrounding structures are also in danger of burning to the ground.

If the comments to my question have not opened the eyes of those reading them, who might have been lagging behind in how close to the edge we are, they simply aren’t salvageable.

Please share the original post like your life depends on it. The possibility exists, that is this train isn’t derailed…it very well might one.
