You tell people,
"Eat right, avoid sugar, refined carbs, gluten, seed oils, and estrogen-mimicking foods like Irish Potatoes, tomatoes and grains."
Then they say,
"We shall all die."
Then, when the medical bills come, they start asking for God's intervention.
"Oh God, what wrong did I do to deserve swallowing all these drugs?"
God gave you good health, natural foods and a brain, but you dismissed him.
Now you are suffering, invoking his name and seeking a miracle.
There is no miracle.
Just fix your diet, start fasting and be active.

Breaking: Azimio la Umoja has rebranded as the Ukombozi Alliance.
Yes. This country needs to be liberated & rescued.
Rescued from police brutality.
Liberated from William Ruto.
Rescued from UDA and Kenya Kwanza.
Liberated from abductions.
Rescued from the high cost of living.
Liberated from lying leaders.
Rescued from the housing levy.
Ukombozi is the word because the wound is the same: fear in the streets, fear on the payslip, fear when you speak.
A working government does not need “liberation” as a new name. This one does.
Ukombozi means liberation. Liberation is not a colour. Liberation is a demand: stop the force, stop the disappearances, stop the deductions without trust, stop the speeches that do not match the kitchen.
We must Support every serious opposition effort to send this project home.
If you oppose that, defend the brutality.
If you oppose that, defend the abductions.
If you oppose that, defend the levy.
If you oppose that, defend the lies.
Only a Ruto supporters need to call this hate.
Ukombozi is the name. Rescue is the job. Ruto going home is the point.
This is profoundly insensitive. Granting the Burundians an additional month or two would have demonstrated a measure of empathy and humanity. Are we not fellow Africans who should stand together in times of adversity?. 🥲kiburi for me.

OMG! Why would a landlord do such cruelty against this young man? I just met this Burundian guy here in Nairobi Kawangware area crying and deeply stressed. Right now, he is on his way to get a border pass so he can return to his home country. He says that last night, after returning from his hawking work, he found his landlord had broken into his house and thrown all his belongings outside, even though he had already paid rent for three months; all the way up to November. When he tried to demand his money back, he was refused and told, 'Ruto said you should go back to where you came from...' Where is our Kenya heading, honestly? This is so painful, oh my.... I gave him Ksh500. Sad😪💔
Anaconda might be eyeing the mentioned properties in Nairobi and Kilifi, including Olive Garden place and Vipingo Beach Resort, owned by Riggy G. That guy want to own almost everything in this country, especially high end businesses and assets. Wewe chesaa!
