I went to the location 2 miles from my old address and was told I had to go to the office where my mail is delivered. I asked which one and was told “anyone”. I thought they had to be the location that delivered my mail? Been dealing with this for 5 months.

@USPSHelp Why is it easier for me to change my address at: the bank, power company, voter registration, vehicle registration than with the people who deliver the mail? I got charged for verification then was told I couldn’t get verified. Make it make sense.

@USPS Listen, your new albany oh location is 2 miles from my old home and they won’t help with an address change. Probably for the best because all they looked like they could mess up a cup of coffee.

@USPS Worry less about the stamps and more about how poorly your offices operate. Ive been sent to 3 different locations to change my address and have been without mail for several months. I really hope they overhaul this agency.
