Three years since the first flight of Starship, the next generation is here. New ship. New booster. New engines. New pad and new test site. SpaceX engineers are working to solve one of the most difficult engineering challenges in history: developing a fully, rapidly reusable rocket

“Do you know what the #1 dream was for kids in 1971? Astronaut. We’d just gone to the moon. That’s a great dream.”
“You know what the #1 job that kids most want today is? It’s social media influencer, professional gamer, YouTuber.”
“The problem is—you can’t tell kids to follow their dreams, when their dreams suck.”
Today we're introducing TRIBE v2 (Trimodal Brain Encoder), a foundation model trained to predict how the human brain responds to almost any sight or sound.
Building on our Algonauts 2025 award-winning architecture, TRIBE v2 draws on 500+ hours of fMRI recordings from 700+ people to create a digital twin of neural activity and enable zero-shot predictions for new subjects, languages, and tasks.

MARSH MADNESS UPDATE: MARATHON DUOS QUEUE - The experiment continues!
Thank you to everyone who's been helping us test the duo queue. We've had a full week of testing on Perimeter with duos, collected a lot of notes and information, and have now decided to shift the queue to Dire Marsh to see how it plays out in those creepy damp backroads of Tau Ceti.
This means, as of Wednesday 3/25 10 AM PT this week we will be disabling the experimental "Perimeter -- Duos" Queue and enabling the experimental "Dire Marsh -- Duos" Queue.
What we're continuing to observe:
- How combat engagements play out in duos.
- Exfil rates, activity completion rates, etc. in duos.
- Any technical issues that occur.
- Any and all feedback around the mode.
Details on the change are:
- We will be shifting the zone for Duos starting Wednesday 3/25 at 10 AM PT.
- At this time the "Perimeter -- Duos" Queue will be disabled and replaced by the "Dire Marsh -- Duos" Queue.
- You will only be able to queue in "Dire Marsh -- Duos" with two players in a crew.
- You will not be able to queue as a solo with crew fill into Dire Marsh -- Duos.
- This test will continue for 1 week, with the caveat that we might take it down or extend it depending on what we see.
Once again, thanks for helping us by providing play data and feedback on the duos experiment! We'll continue to update you on any changes we plan in the future as we learn more from what we see and hear!
dudes on this app actually think EEs only do PCB design
Your neighborhood FPGA quant that clears 7 figures doesn't even know what PCB stands for.
Don't confuse hardware engineers with people that have access to CAD tools
Alysa Liu recently went viral for her *surprising* Teen Vague rant on the use of AI in hardware design
"you're trying to automate pcb design with current tech. Sure an LLM can read datasheets and symbolically wire up a schematic, but laying out a board? That's a completely different story. Besides this isn't software, you'd also need to automate debugging of hardware and accelerate pcb building cycles to make a sizable dent on development speed"
Alysa Liu recently went viral for her Teen Vogue rant on the optimal strategy for sucker punch end games.
"Youre choosing the turn you commit uniformly at random. The probabilistic failing is a problem for induction as you have to remember how many times its succeeded in a row."
