@MetroNorth On the 318 out of Grand central to Poughkeepsie, once again we have a train engineer that slams on the breaks every 3 secs and makes me wish I was stuck in traffic on the Major Deegan. Horrible, completely uncomfortable unprofessional ride. Criminal ! that we pay for this service

On the 318 out of Grand central up to Poughkeepsie, whoever is driving the train is slamming on the breaks and speeding up, making the train riders sick to their stomachs as a lady just puked 🤮

Back to back days, train running 15 mins late and then having to switch trains at Croton b/c mechanical issues - then turning into a half hr late - and the cherry on top - still no Quiet car!
