btw this is Locust & Jefferson. Our vendor refuses to drive up the alley. Bc it is frozen solid.

We have a private trash company who cant drive up the street nearly a month after the snowstorm.

Garbage in alleys has been piling up with no end in sight. The problem is not only frustrating, it’s a serious public health concern. And now a lack of staffing in Refuse combined with icy streets and alleys has resulted in piles and piles of garbage in neighborhoods across our city.
