@elonmusk legitimate question - if the best part is no part and the best process is no process, why do Tesla’s have so many seemingly unnecessary parts and processes, e.g. the windows slightly opening/closing when doors are opened and closed?

@drusenko I've watched these presentations a few times and am DYING to know - what caused the turnaround in the new user trend? You said it inflected up, which we can see, but why?? What made the difference?
