@mrjasonowilson @Delta It was a storm in Atlanta with Hail. They shut down the airport & air traffic control. Hundreds of flights were diverted and thousands of people stuck in Atlanta. They don’t have staff to rectify this properly or manage it. It will take a week to recover and get people home.

@Delta your wait time on the phone is 10 hours 16 minutes!! The line at Atlanta airport is hundreds of people long. Why are you not staffed properly for these situations!? If you can’t staff lower the amount of flights you’re flying so thousands aren’t stranded! What an epic fail
