The judges said “The Older people’s liaison service has demonstrated, as a multidisciplinary team, how they have provided efficient and effective services to the older adults in Acute hospital. Their work has significantly grown, and it is commendable that they have collaborated both internally and externally to be an exemplary service.” #RCPsychAwards
