I turned 37 yesterday and looked back on how my life changed since I moved to Germany 5 years ago at 32.

At 32= I moved from earning in naira to the dollar to euro within a year. Left a toxic relationship. Completed my first executive education with Cambridge

33= took my first international role: tripled my salary in Euro. Finished my MBA and met the love of my life. Randomly for interviews, get the position, and reject the offers testing my intermittent employability worth)
Competed my second executive education with Harvard.

34= got promoted on my role, married the love of my life, and we immediately got pregnant.

35. Left my job and got another one paying 3 times what I was earning. Became a father. Started handling very very complete projects with success.

36. Became a permanent resident in Germany, bought my wife her dream sport car tear rubber and delved into multiple streams of investing.

I had a 5 year career and personal growth plan well written down at 32 and now completed 80% of that plan through strategic thinking, innovation and intentional self improvement.

It's been God. I am very grateful and give Him all the glory.

I'm curious to know if we have people (In Kenya 🇰🇪) that are interested in starting a career in tech but can't pursue this because of certain limitations like paying for training programs amongst other constraints.
