@jkwan_md @Sflecce Could you provide data by health unit for school related transmission? Our HU has very low rates of transmission and is declining WoW, yet our children are forced to have a substantially reduced quality of education because of the GTA and other areas rates of transmission.

@AskPlayStation so I was just forced to reset my password (which was successful) but now am locked out because of 2 stage verification... which isn’t setup on my account. This needs to be better organized by PS, how can you force the password change and then not support the 2step
