@thesumair @northwoods1980 Not a very sensitive or specific test as the dorsal branches of the radial nerve pass through the anatomical snuffbox and will hurt on a patient without a fracture if you press hard enough.

@northwoods1980 Agree, fix fibula and posterior mal. Medial mal needs attention though given talar shift and probable entrapment of deltoid ligament preventing reduction. Fixing the post mal will give stability due to PITFL. Some literature on post mal…doi: 10.2106/JBJS.OA.18.00058.

@RBxo in that case, beta blockers were given as rate control for AF. They aren't always given in every surgery.
